Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation
These Standards of Service will apply to any and all provision of services by Doconade Lawyers (“Doconade”, “we”, “us”).
We will confirm in writing each new assignment (file) that we take on behalf of a clients, unless, on the basis of the type of the new assignment, this appears unnecessary. The agreement between Doconade and the clients is constituted by the following documents: the letter or cost of agreement; these Standards of Service; and any other special terms and conditions agreed in writing between with the clients.
The legal or physical person indicated as the clients in the letters or cost of agreements is Doconade’s contractual counterparty, and Doconade will be liable only to the clients for the legal advice and assistance provided. Third parties will have no right to rely on advice provided to the clients.
