We collect and process personal data to the extent this is necessary for our performance of the file and to administer the client relationships, including invoicing. The legal basis for this processing is Doconade’s legitimate interests in providing our services and in retaining documentation related to the file. We do not share personal data with anyone, except where this forms a natural part of the file.  Potential third parties that process data on behalf of Doconade (data processors) are contractually obliged only to process the data for specific purposes set out by Doconade. No such third parties will process data outside the file area. In certain cases, Doconade is obliged to process data for compliance with legal obligations, such as regulations on bookkeeping and money laundering. Doconade will also process personal data in order to send our clients newsletters and invitations to our events. The legal basis for this processing is Doconade’s legitimate interest in direct marketing. If the client does not wish to receive such newsletters or invitations, it is possible to opt-out by clicking the link in each send-out.
